  A few years ago my wife and I went through Bernie to purchase a home. We initially had a home in mind; he guided us through the home and at the very end told us that we needed something else, explaining that although it was priced around what we wanted, there were some major issues that would have cost us much more than we anticipated. He helped us locate a much better, less expensive home that was only a few minutes from work. We're so glad we went with Bernie. He never once pushed us into purchasing something we didn't want and was very helpful in finding what we needed. Overall it was an excellent experience.
